Ventricular Tachycardia

A condition in which the bottom chambers of the heart (ventricles) beat quickly, dissociated from the top chambers (the atria).  This can among other symptoms cause dizziness, palpitations, and in some cases loss of consciousness and cardiac arrest.  Your health care provider may recommend either an implantable cardioverter defibrillator placement or ablation.
